Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization skills, creativity, and technical knowledge to design and execute residential interior projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, vendors, and execution teams to bring innovative design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Space Planning

● Develop creative and functional interior concepts for residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas

● Create 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings

● Prepare 3D models, renders, mood boards, and presentation drawings

● Suggest design improvements for functionality, aesthetics, and space optimization

● Assist in material selection, finishes, lighting, and décor planning

Client Coordination & Requirement Gathering

● Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget

● Present design concepts and revise designs based on client feedback

● Maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle

Technical & Site Coordination

● Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and execution teams for smooth project implementation

● Visit project sites for measurements, progress tracking, and execution support

● Ensure designs are accurate, practical, and execution-ready

● Support site coordination and update drawings based on site conditions

Documentation & Project Support

● Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation

● Assist in BOQs, material specifications, and vendor coordination

● Ensure design compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Software & Visualization Skills

● Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

● Strong knowledge of SketchUp

● Knowledge of rendering software such as D5, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape

● Ability to create visually appealing presentations and renders

Requirements

● Degree: B.E Civil Engineering or related field

● Experience: 0–1 year

● Freshers with strong design and visualization skills can also apply

● Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and interior detailing

● Good communication and coordination skills

● Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
