• Manage and guide a team of designers while encouraging creativity and innovation

• Handle project management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Stay updated with the latest interior design and art trends

• Collaborate with designers, architects, and other professionals for project execution

• Create innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements

• Plan projects from scratch and prepare detailed drawings for execution

• Supervise site work to ensure the design vision is executed properly

• Create 3D models and realistic renderings using SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or Blender

• 3–4 years of experience in Interior Design / Architecture

• Strong project management and site supervision skills

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Ability to create technical drawings and 3D visualizations

• Good understanding of interior design trends and materials

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
