Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing beautiful, functional, and client-centric spaces. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and execution teams to translate ideas into exceptional environments while ensuring every project reflects Pravaa's commitment to quality, creativity, and

detail.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design sensibility with practical execution skills and enjoys seeing concepts come to life.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)

Design Development

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space plans.

• Create moodboards, material palettes, and design presentations.

• Select furniture, finishes, lighting, décor, and styling elements.

• Integrate greenery and biophilic design principles into projects where appropriate.

Client Consultation

• Understand client requirements, preferences, and project goals.

• Conduct site visits and project assessments.

• Present design concepts and recommendations to clients.

• Incorporate feedback while maintaining design integrity.

Technical Documentation

• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.

• Ensure designs are execution-ready and technically feasible.

Project Execution & Coordination

• Supervise project execution and site activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and project teams.

• Monitor quality, timelines, and adherence to design intent.

• Resolve site-related design challenges when required.

Styling & Final Handover

• Oversee installation and final styling of spaces.

• Ensure project quality aligns with Pravaa's standards.

• Conduct final walkthroughs and project handovers.

Training & Mentorship

• Direct collaboration with founders and project teams.

• Exposure to premium residential and commercial projects.

• Opportunities to lead projects from concept to completion.

• Continuous learning in design, execution, client management and plantscaping integration.

Ideal Background

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related disciplines.

• 1–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury interior projects.

• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and finishes.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and presentation tools.

• Excellent visualisation, communication, and project coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
