Key Responsibilities Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field. 5–10 years of experience in luxury residential interior design. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential projects. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent). Willingness to travel extensively across India for client and site visits. Excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and client-handling skills. Design and concept ualise luxury residential interior spaces as per client requirements and brand aesthetics. Prepare mood boards, layouts, 3D visualisations, and design presentations for client approval. Select premium materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements suited to luxury interiors. Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained. Conduct site visits across India to review project execution, quality, and timelines. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), budgets, and detailed design proposals. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected design standard. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in luxury interior design. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Liaise directly with clients to understand preferences and ensure complete satisfaction
