Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 5–6 years of experience in healthcare and hospital projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop interior design concepts for hospital and healthcare projects, including patient rooms, ICUs, OPDs, waiting areas, and operation theatres.
Prepare space planning layouts, 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design execution aligns with project requirements.
Ensure designs comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and equipment suitable for healthcare environments.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Review and approve shop drawings and material samples.
Stay updated with healthcare design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospital/healthcare projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of healthcare design standards, codes, and regulations.
Excellent space planning and technical drawing skills.
Strong coordination, communication, and project management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on multi-specialty hospitals or large healthcare facilities.
Knowledge of NABH/JCI guidelines (or relevant healthcare standards).
Experience in turnkey healthcare projects.
