We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer – Team Leader who can lead projects, manage teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional residential interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and mentor the design team

✔ Create innovative interior concepts and space planning

✔ Handle client meetings, design presentations, and requirement discussions

✔ Convert design consultations into successful sales closures

✔ Generate and manage sales opportunities through client interactions

✔ Coordinate with execution and project teams

✔ Ensure timely project delivery with quality standards

✔ Manage multiple residential interior projects

✔ Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

✔ Build strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities

Required Skills:

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

✔ Experience in residential interior projects

✔ Proven sales and client conversion abilities

✔ Negotiation and relationship management skills

✔Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
