Field Executive

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team at Creative Proptech Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting different Properties in a day

• Taking Measurements and Photographs of Property Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Submitting Report to Back Office Team

• Coordinating with Technical Officers for queries in cases.

• Quality Check / Inspection of Civil work done in completed Flats / house / Shops for Doors, Windows, Flooring, Plumbing, Finishing etc
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
