This is a full-time remote role for an Architectural draughtsman at mmdesign studio. The Architectural draughtsman will be responsible for space planning, creating innovative and functional designs, drafting construction drawings, and specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role requires collaboration with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure design projects meet aesthetic and functional goals while being delivered within timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles

• Understanding of Architecture and ability to produce high-quality Construction Drawings

• Experience in specifying and sourcing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)

• A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field

• Prior experience in interior design or architectural projects is a plus

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
