Key Responsibilities
Civil Draughtsman (3D)
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D civil drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
Develop architectural, structural, and site layout drawings.
Create working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate drawing revisions based on project requirements.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
Project Supervisor
Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor material usage and site manpower.
Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with the project team.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D modeling software.
Understanding of civil construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of quality and safety standards at construction sites.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years of experience in civil drafting and project supervision.
Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects is preferred.
