Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Draftsman with 2–4 years of experience in architectural and interior design drafting. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in AutoCAD, BOQ,BOM,sound knowledge of MEP and Fire Fighting layouts, and the ability to produce precise and detailed working drawings. This role requires close coordination with the design, project, and execution teams to translate concepts into accurate technical drawings that meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

• Develop MEP and fire-fighting layouts in coordination with respective consultants.

• Ensure all drawings adhere to design intent, project specifications, and industry standards.

• Review and revise drawings based on design feedback, site conditions, and client requirements.

• Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth transition from concept to site implementation.

• Maintain drawing records, versions, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for technical clarity and design accuracy.

• Stay updated with materials, detailing standards, and drafting best practices.

• Ensure precision, neatness, and consistency across all technical documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related discipline.

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in architectural or interior design drafting.

• Strong command over AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp or Revit will be an advantage.

• In-depth understanding of MEP services, fire-fighting systems, and integration with architectural layouts.

• Excellent technical knowledge of detailing, joinery, materials, and construction drawings.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to interpret design concepts effectively.

• Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to manage multiple drawings and projects under deadlines.
