Draftsman Architect

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Civil Draftsman to join our dynamic team. As an AutoCAD Civil Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. Your precision and attention to detail will contribute to the accurate and efficient execution of engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare detailed drawings for construction projects, including site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and road profiles.

• Prepare architectural floor plans, building elevations, and other civil drawings required for project execution.

• Ensure the accurate representation of all design aspects by developing working drawings for interior, exterior, and landscape elements.

• Collaborate with project teams, architects, and designers to understand project requirements and convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings.

• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Make revisions and updates to drawings as required to incorporate project changes or improvements.

• Perform measurements and prepare detailed working drawings based on site information and project needs.

• Maintain and organize drawing files, documentation, and project records for easy reference and coordination.

• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards before final submission.

• Coordinate with project team members to resolve design conflicts, technical issues, and discrepancies.

• Work closely with skilled professionals, consultants, and clients throughout the project process.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of civil drawings, architectural layouts, and construction documentation.

• Maintain excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all drawings and documentation.

• Communicate effectively with team members while managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
