Halomax Lighting Solutions Pvt Ltd is a project-based lighting company specializing in LED downlighters, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights & outdoor lights. We work closely with architects, interior designers, and builders to provide complete lighting solutions.

Job Role Overview

We are looking for a Female Office Assistant – Decorative Lighting who will work closely under the BDM – Decorative Lighting and support in preparing presentations, quotations, and technical drawings for decorative lighting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing Decorative Lighting presentations for clients (chandeliers, hanging lights, etc.)

• Making detailed quotations in Excel

• Creating AutoCAD drawings showing accurate chandelier placement with proper measurements

• Coordinating internally for order processing and documentation

• Assisting occasionally with dispatch coordination & site-related follow-ups

• Maintaining organized records of client presentations and quotations

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of:

  • AutoCAD (for measurement-based chandelier drawings)

  • PowerPoint (for client presentations)

  • Excel (formulas, formatting, basic calculations)

• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Organized and disciplined working style

Eligibility

• Female candidates only

• Relevant experience preferred (freshers with strong software knowledge may also apply)

• Candidates living near Chattarpur, New Delhi will be preferred
