Job description: Site superviosr
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and material records
• Monitor safety rules and ensure a clean, safe working environment
• Manage material usage and raise requirements on time
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any technical background preferred
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle labour and site challenges
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) preferred
• Coimbatore based candidates will be highly preferred.
