Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned project sites daily and supervise day-to-day work against approved designs and quality standards

• Inspect incoming finishing and MEP material deliveries against orders and specifications

• Supervise vendor installation teams on site

• Monitor trade teams on timelines, safety and specifications, and flag delays early

• Resolve on-site roadblocks quickly with architects, contractors and vendors

• Track daily progress across all active sites

• Send daily and weekly progress reports with site logs and photos to management and project architects

• Update site status in the project tracker after every visit

What You'll Need

• 2+ years in site supervision, site execution or interior fit-out

• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings

• Strong on-site problem-solving and disciplined reporting habits

• Good communication in Tamil and working English

• Valid driving license and own vehicle for daily multi-site travel

How We'll Measure Success

• Daily site reports and logs sent on time and accurate

• Site milestones completed on schedule

• Specification deviations caught and reported before handover

• Vendor issues closed within the agreed time
