We are looking for a Civil site supervisor to join our team at Avenew Realcon Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
Monitor labor productivity and manage workforce efficiently
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Maintain daily progress reports and site records
Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
Check quality of materials and workmanship
Report project progress to senior engineers/project managers
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like civil site construction work,residential building project, and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
