Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, client bills, contractor bills, and subcontractor bills.

• Take and verify site measurements as per drawings and actual work executed.

• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and billing statements.

• Check contractor bills against work completed and approved measurements.

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, and project teams for billing-related requirements.

• Track work quantities, material consumption, and project costs.

• Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, work orders, and supporting documents.

• Identify discrepancies in bills and resolve them in coordination with the site team.

• Assist in project cost estimation, reconciliation, and final billing.

• Ensure timely submission and processing of all bills and payment documentation.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• 3–8 years of experience in civil billing and quantity surveying.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, measurements, and quantity calculations.

• Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other building construction works.

• Ability to read and understand civil and structural drawings.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related software.

• Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

• Candidates with residential/redevelopment project experience will be preferred.
