Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to supervise site activities and ensure civil work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil site activities.

* Read and understand civil drawings, layouts, and plans.

* Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors at the site.

* Monitor the quality and progress of civil work.

* Conduct regular site inspections.

* Identify and resolve site-related issues.

* Maintain daily site reports and work records.

* Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.

* Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of measurements and estimation.

* Good problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to travel/work at different sites within the Meerut belt.
