Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Honest Hire to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations

• Monitor and track material usage and availability at site

• Report daily progress and site updates to the execution team

• Ensure safety standards and proper housekeeping at the project site

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper documentation among the workforce

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 4 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient Diploma in Civil or related trade (BE / BTech not required)

• Strong site management and communication skills

• Knowledge of safety practices and site discipline.
