Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare, modify, and maintain technical, structural, architectural & engineering drawings in coordination with the Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Prepare and modify 2D drawings, layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
2) Prepare drawings based on survey data, site measurements, coordinates, levels, and engineering specifications.
3) Maintain proper records of approved drawings and revised drawings
4) Knowledge of township planning, plotting layouts, roads, drainage, utilities, and civil infrastructure drawings.
5) Knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Draftsman (Civil), Civil Engineering, Architecture.

• Additional certification in AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  

Experience

• 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Civil Draughtsman.
  

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD 2D – Mandatory

• Good understanding of civil and engineering drawings.

• Ability to read and interpret plans, sections, elevations, layouts, and survey drawings.

• Knowledge of road, drainage, sewerage, water supply, and other township infrastructure drawings.

• Knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp, or other relevant software will be an added advantage.

• Experience in township development, plotting projects, real estate, infrastructure, or civil construction will be preferred.
