We are looking for a Civil draughtsman to join our team at Sakshi Electrical Services to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 18,000 - ₹ 40,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Plan and coordinate site work with contractors and labor
Maintain quality standards of materials and workmanship
Manage material usage and ensure timely availability
Enforce safety rules and proper use of PPE
Read and execute layout as per civil drawings
Maintain daily progress and site documentation
Coordinate with electrician plumbing and other teams
Ensure timely completion of the project within budget.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0.5 - 1 years of experience.
