We are looking for a Civil Engineer - 2D/3D AutoCAD Draftsman & Estimator to join our team to create precise architectural layouts, structural details, and accurate project estimations. The role involves working on residential and commercial floor plans, structural steel detailing, and landscape master plans. The position offers an in-hand salary of [In-Hand Salary] and an opportunity to work on comprehensive infrastructure, civil engineering, and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft detailed 2D and 3D architectural floor plans, spatial layouts, and structural blueprints using AutoCAD.

• Prepare precise Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), concrete volume estimates, and structural reinforcement calculations.

• Collaborate with project teams to translate structural, interior design, and landscape requirements into technical drawings.

• Ensure all structural drawings, elevations, and estimations comply with Indian standard codes and safety regulations.

• Edit, update, and revise technical blueprints based on site feedback and structural reviews.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with an experience range of 0 to 1 year. Applicants should have hands-on experience with drafting software such as AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit, or similar tools. A good understanding of structural spatial planning, quantity surveying, and material estimation is required, along with the ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints.
