Visit multiple properties daily as per assigned valuation cases.
Conduct site inspections for property valuation, including residential, commercial, and retail properties.
Take accurate measurements and clear photographs of the property and surrounding locality.
Collect relevant site details and submit inspection findings and reports to the Back Office / Valuation Team within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with Technical Officers to resolve technical and case-related queries.
Perform quality checks and inspections of completed flats, houses, and shops, including doors, windows, flooring, plumbing, finishing, and other civil works, as required for valuation assessment.
Ensure compliance with company processes, valuation standards, and reporting guidelines.
