We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with strong AutoCAD proficiency and hands-on experience in road levelling, site execution, measurements, estimation, and flooring projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, accurate measurements, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, quotation preparation, project coordination, and ensuring quality execution of civil and flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites and take accurate site measurements as per project requirements.

• Calculate the required quantity of materials/work based on site measurements.

• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material requirement statements.

• Prepare cost estimates and quotations based on site measurements and project requirements.

• Coordinate with the sales team to finalize product quantities and pricing.

• Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings based on site measurements, wherever required.

• Discuss technical requirements with customers, contractors and site engineers.

• Follow up on quotations and provide technical clarification to customers.

• Maintain records of site measurements, BOQs, quotations and project details.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• 1–4 years of experience in AutoCAD designing/drafting and civil construction preferred.

• Candidates with experience in construction, building materials, interior, waterproofing or construction chemicals will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time వాస్తుశిల్పి job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
