Job Title: Freelance Warehouse Layout & Site Execution Specialist (1-Month Engagement)

Company: Phoenix Warehousing and Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd.

Role Overview:
Phoenix Warehousing and Logistics is looking for a freelance professional for a 1-month on-site assignment to support warehouse layout planning and execution. The role focuses on functional, compliant, and cost-efficient warehouse spaces, covering layout finalisation, site coordination, and execution oversight.

This is a hands-on role suited for professionals who understand industrial / warehouse environments and can translate drawings into ground-level execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate warehouse layout plans (racking, docks, office, utilities, fire & safety).

• Develop and modify 2D / 3D drawings as required for execution.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.

• Supervise on-site works to ensure alignment with approved layouts and timelines.

• Support material finalisation (flooring, partitions, docks, basic interiors).

• Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience: 2–5 years in site execution, industrial projects, or warehouse/commercial fit-outs.

• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (SketchUp / 3Ds Max is an advantage).

• Practical understanding of warehouse layouts, flooring, racking interfaces, and site coordination.

• Ability to work independently on-site and deliver within tight timelines.

• Location: Site-based (as per project)

Compensation:

• Competitive freelance fee, based on experience and scope of work.
