Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-time in-office Print Designer + Engineer who can create engaging print designs and translate them into factory-ready formats. The role requires a balance of creativity and technical understanding, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Print & Surface Design

Develop repeat patterns, placement prints, and graphic elements for toys and baby textiles.

Work on mood boards and color palettes based on seasonal trends.

Visualize prints on toy silhouettes for buyer presentations.

Engineering for Production

Prepare print artworks for different methods: embroidery, screen print, sublimation, etc.

Create detailed print placement guides and technical specifications.
