AutoCAD Designer

v  Assist in creating 3D building energy models using tools such as eQUEST or Design Builder.

v  Interpret and extract information from architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings (plans, sections, elevations, schedules, specifications) for model development.

v  Model and analyses building envelope, HVAC systems, lighting, and occupancy patterns to estimate energy consumption and performance.

v  Prepare technical reports, documentation, and simulation summaries for internal and client presentations.

v  Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and sustainability consultants to integrate simulation results into design decisions.

Skills Required:

v  Knowledge on Auto Cad, REVIT, MS office (Excel, Word & Power Point etc.) for design, documentation, and presentations

v  Excellent in speaking and writing in English and religion language

Qualification:  Diploma or B.E or ME

Experience:

v  0 to 4 years Design & execution

v  Candidates with experience with architect/ developer/project management consultancy/MEPF Design firm / MEP Contracting firm /Building Information Organisation Will be highly preferred
