Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Lighting Design Consultant to manage our Lighting Experience Centre.

This is a client-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners visiting our Experience Centre. You will understand their requirements, explain our lighting solutions, and help them choose the right products for their projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide visitors through our Lighting Experience Centre.

• Explain our company, lighting brands, product range, premium projects, and lighting solutions.

• Understand clients' project requirements and recommend suitable architectural and decorative lighting fixtures.

• Read and understand AutoCAD drawings of residential and hospitality projects.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.

• Handle client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and appointment scheduling.

• Maintain a professional, warm, and welcoming experience for every visitor.

• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth customer service and project support.

Requirements

• Interior Design background preferred.

• Ability to understand and interpret AutoCAD drawings.

• Good communication skills in both Hindi and English.

• Smart, well-presented, and professional personality.

• Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Eagerness to learn architectural and decorative lighting concepts.
