Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (In-Hand)

About the Role

AVL Trust Build is looking for an experienced and creative AutoCAD Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly design solutions while coordinating with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.

• Develop detailed drawings and ensure designs are practical and execution-ready.

• Select and source suitable materials in coordination with vendors.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients, and site teams.

• Conduct regular site visits and supervise work according to approved drawings and designs.

• Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and design expectations.

• Ensure design quality, detailing, timelines, and budget requirements are maintained.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduation

• Experience: 5–8 years in AutoCAD / Architectural / Interior Design

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

• Knowledge of SketchUp and/or 3Ds Max.

• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design, detailing, and execution.

• Good knowledge of stone, marble, and related materials.

• Ability to read and prepare detailed technical drawings.

• Good communication and vendor/site coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
