##Qualification : BE - Mechanical or DME

##Experience : 3 to 6 years in CAD design software (Autodesk Inventor), from the Manufacturing sector; experience in medical equipments design is desirable.

##Technical Competency :

#Autodesk Inventor, Solid works. knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, and understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations.

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

##Design and Development: Create detailed designs, prototypes and models of products, systems and processes using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools.

##Product Optimization: Analyze and optimize product performance, reliability, safety and cost-effectiveness.

##Testing and Validation: Conduct experiments, simulations and testing to validate design assumptions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and advancements.

Maintain accurate records of design processes, specifications and test results

Effectively communicate design concepts, plans and progress to stakeholders

##Project Completion Rate, Design Quality, Innovation and Creativity, Efficiency in Design Process, Cost Management.
