Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.

The role involves working on design concepts, layouts, 2D and 3D drawings, material selection, site coordination, vendor coordination, and client communication. The candidate should be comfortable working on both design and execution-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning options.

• Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings.

• Work on 3D models and visualizations using design software.

• Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor decisions.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and site teams.

• Visit sites regularly to check work progress and ensure execution as per drawings.

• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into practical design solutions.

• Support the team in design detailing, documentation, and project coordination.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• Freshers may apply.

• Good knowledge of architectural design, interior design, space planning, and detailing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.

• Knowledge of 3Ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an added advantage.

• Basic understanding of materials, construction methods, stone/marble detailing, and site execution.

• Should be responsible, willing to learn, and comfortable with site visits and coordination work.

• Good communication skills and a practical design approach are preferred.
