Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed Feasibility Reports based on plot details, DCPR 2034 rules, zoning regulations, DP reservations, existing structures, and overall development potential.

Interpret, analyze, and refer architectural plans, survey drawings, and related documentation.

Draft concept plans, layout options, massing models, and preliminary design proposals for new projects.

Study FSI consumption, permissible Built-Up Area, setbacks, height restrictions, open space requirements, and all relevant development regulations.

Prepare area statements, planning calculations, FSI statements, and support the team during project approvals.

Work closely with consultants, surveyors, liasoning architects, and internal teams for data collection and coordination.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, drawings, and technical documents for internal and external submissions.

Ensure high accuracy, compliance with building laws, and timely delivery of all architectural work.
