Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect to design and plan residential and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D designs and coordinating with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural plans, layouts, and drawings.
Create 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
Work on residential and real estate project planning.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams.
Visit project sites to check design implementation.
Ensure designs follow building rules and regulations.
Prepare project presentations and design documentation.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
- Understanding of architectural planning and design.
