We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineer / Architectural Designer with strong experience in 2D & 3D architectural design, site layout, cut & fill analysis, and PlanSwift for quantity takeoffs and estimating.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings for residential and/or commercial projects

Develop site layout plans, including grading, utilities, access, and drainage

Perform cut & fill calculations and earthwork analysis

Create construction-ready drawings and details

Conduct quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using PlanSwift

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams

Review plans for constructability and compliance with project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Background in Civil Engineering or Architectural Design

Proficiency in architectural drafting (2D & 3D)

Experience with site layout, grading, and earthwork (cut & fill)

Strong working knowledge of PlanSwift

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar software (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Experience with residential or commercial site development

Cost estimating or preconstruction experience
