We are looking for an Architect / Engineer to join our team at Planing Point to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create architectural/Engineering design concepts and layouts.
Planning, Designing, Cost Estimation and Tendering work.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM and have a strong knowledge of design, DPR, Estimate, BOQ, Bid Evolution.
