Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Architect Fresher to join our design team. The candidate will assist in architectural design, drafting, presentation preparation, 3D modeling, and project coordination. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects while working with experienced architects and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural concepts and design proposals.

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.

• Create 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials.

• Support project documentation and coordination with consultants.

• Participate in site visits, surveys, and project inspections.

• Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and standards.

• Assist in preparing municipal approval drawings and submissions.

• Coordinate with senior architects for design development and execution.

• Maintain project files, drawings, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, Photoshop, or Revit is an advantage.

• Understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.

• Good visualization and design skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
