• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections,
and construction details.
• Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and ensure timely issuance to
site teams.
• Coordinate design revisions and maintain version control of drawings.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of all drawings issued.
3. Regulatory Approvals & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, development control
regulations, fire safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and liaison agencies for approvals and
permits.
• Incorporate regulatory requirements into design documentation.

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Clarify drawings and resolve site-related design issues promptly.
• Review mock-ups and samples for materials and finishes before approval.
6. Material Selection & Specifications
• Prepare material specifications and finish schedules.
• Assist in selecting materials, fittings, and finishes aligned with project design intent and

• Evaluate vendor samples and recommend suitable products.
7. Documentation & Project Management Support
• Assist in preparation of BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Support the procurement team during vendor finalization and technical evaluation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and
correspondences.
• Track project timelines related to architectural deliverables.
8. Client Interaction & Presentation
• Present design concepts and drawings to clients.
• Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, software tools, and construction
