Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 8+ Years

Eligibility:

• Senior Architect OR Senior Draftsman (either can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural planning & working drawings (GFC)

• Strong construction knowledge with on-site experience

• Handling civil & architectural site coordination

• Preparing execution-ready drawings

• Coordination with consultants & contractors

• Experience in government projects will be an added advantage

Software Skills:

• AutoCAD (Mandatory)

(Other software knowledge is an added advantage)

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent command over working drawings

• Good understanding of construction techniques & detailing

• Ability to handle projects independently

• Strong site-handling & coordination skills
