Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and work breakdown structures.
Coordinate between design, site, procurement, and vendor teams.
Ensure timely approvals of drawings, materials, and mock-ups.
Review and finalize interior drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
Ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP, and structural teams.
Resolve design and site-related issues promptly.
Monitor on-site execution of interior works (civil, carpentry, finishes, MEP coordination).
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
Track project budgets, variations, and extra items.
Coordinate with quantity surveyors for measurements and billing.
Control material wastage and optimize costs.
Approve vendor bills and subcontractor claims as per progress.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve site-level issues with contractors and suppliers.
Act as the single point of contact for clients on project matters.
Conduct regular client meetings and provide progress updates.
Handle client feedback, changes, and approvals professionally.
Ensure snag-free completion and handover.
Prepare as-built drawings and handover documents.
Coordinate final inspections and closure of punch lists.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is an advantage.
Good understanding of materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
