Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Develop concepts, sketches, and detailed blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for residential, commercial, or public structures, considering client needs, budgets, and environmental impact.

• Client Management: Consult with clients to understand requirements, present proposals, and manage expectations throughout the project

• Project Coordination: Liaise with engineers, contractors, builders, and other professionals to ensure smooth project flow.

• Compliance: Ensure designs meet zoning laws, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, feasibility reports, and construction documents.

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design, resolving on-site issues.

• Budget & Timeline Management: Keep projects within agreed budgets and timelines. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), 3D modeling, rendering, and strong drafting skills.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Attributes: Creativity, attention to detail, strong visualization, and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Education/Licensing: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, relevant experience, and passing licensing exams.
