🔎 Position: Architect (Office-Based)

💼 Responsibilities:

• Concept planning, layout planning & working drawings

• Preparing 2D drawings, 3D views & presentations

• Coordination with clients, engineers & site team

• Understanding UDCPR, FSI calculations & planning norms

🎯 Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp/3D optional)

• Strong design sense & technical understanding

• Freshers or experienced both can apply
