We're looking for a passionate Senior 3D Visualizer to join a dynamic design team!

Role Overview

- We are looking for an experienced Senior 3D Visualizer with strong expertise in interior and architectural visualization.

⁃ The role requires translating design concepts into high-quality, realistic 3D visuals that align with the design intent and elevate client presentations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D views, walkthroughs, and rendered images for interior and architectural projects • Interpret design drawings, mood boards, and material palettes accurately

• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project leads

• Create realistic lighting, textures, materials, and furniture detailing

• Produce visuals for client presentations, marketing, and approvals

• Make timely revisions based on internal and client feedback

• Maintain visual consistency and design accuracy across projects

• Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization for interiors and architecture

• Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender

• Strong command over V-Ray / Corona or equivalent rendering engines

•Working knowledge of Photoshop / Lumion / D5 / Unreal (preferred)

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting. scale, and proportions

• Ability to create photo-realistic renders

• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to understand design intent and visualize creatively

• Time management and ability to work under deadlines

• Team player with a professional attitude

• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement

• Experience with luxury residential or hospitality projects

• Basic understanding of construction and detailing

• Experience working in a design studio environment
