KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget
Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
Develop 2D layouts, 3D designs, and working drawings
Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, and vendors
Conduct regular site visits to ensure design execution
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
Ensure timely project completion within budget
Maintain project documentation and reports
