Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed execution plans.

• Create 3D models, presentations, and design visualizations for client approvals.

• Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers.

• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals.

• Prepare area statements, design specifications, and project documentation.

• Review and approve architectural drawings before execution.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.

• Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution.

• Ensure compliance with local building bye-laws, safety standards, and construction regulations.

• Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and documentation whenever required.

• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budget compliance.

• Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members.

Strong knowledge of architectural planning and building design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

Good working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max (preferred).

Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape is an advantage.

Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.

Ability to prepare working drawings and construction documentation.

Strong site coordination and project management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
