At Prospera Buildtech Private Limited, we’re a fast-growing all encompassing interio design studio (and brand builder). We design functional and aesthetic homes, memorable, merchandisable spaces that balance craft, function and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities

• Produce 2D drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections and joinery details using AutoCAD.

• Work in Revit (BIM workflows) for models, documentation and clash-free coordination where required.

• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for client presentations using 3Ds Max / SketchUp / Revit + V-Ray/Corona.

• Produce quick, attractive real-time renders and walkthroughs using Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar for client sign-off and marketing.

• Prepare presentation boards, material & finish schedules, FF&E lists and basic BOQs.

• Support site visits, measure-ups, and coordination with contractors during implementation.

• Collaborate with senior designers, engineers and external vendors to ensure design intent is delivered on site.

Must-have (Essential) Skills & Tools

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting & construction drawings).

• Working knowledge of Revit (modeling / documentation) or strong willingness to learn BIM workflows.

• Solid 3D modelling skills and experience producing photorealistic renders (e.g., 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, or SketchUp + V-Ray).

• Experience with real-time renderers: Lumion, Twinmotion, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign for presentations.

• Strong visual sensibility, composition, lighting and material knowledge.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.

• Experience preparing FF&E schedules, material boards and basic BOQs.

• Knowledge of joinery details, finishes and on-site execution.

• Familiarity with Photoshop post-processing and basic animation/walkthroughs.

Soft Skills

• Clear verbal & written communication — able to explain design decisions to clients and contractors.

• Team-player attitude, willing to accept feedback and learn quickly.

• Good time-management, ability to handle multiple small projects and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset for on-site & detailing challenges.
