We're Hiring – 3D Visualizer

We are looking for a 3D Visualizer to join our team at Zenway Spaces to create high-quality interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects. The role involves developing 3D models, realistic renders, and presentation-ready designs while collaborating with the design and execution teams. The position offers an in-hand salary based on experience and an opportunity to work on exciting interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders using SketchUp and Enscape.

- Develop interior designs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living spaces, and complete home interiors.

- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and color schemes to produce realistic visualizations.

- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback.

- Prepare presentation drawings and render views for client meetings.

- Revise and update designs based on client and team feedback.

- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure design accuracy.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with 6 months to 2 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer. Applicants should have hands-on experience with SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop. A good understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, lighting, and color combinations is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
