job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer / Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and 3D visualization.

The candidate will be responsible for developing interior concepts, creating 3D models and realistic renders, preparing design presentations, and coordinating with clients and execution teams to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.

• Prepare detailed 2D layouts, furniture plans, and space-planning drawings.

• Create high-quality 3D models, interior visualizations, and photorealistic renders.

• Develop mood boards, material boards, color schemes, and design presentations.

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

• Understand and interpret architectural and interior drawings.

• Make design revisions based on client feedback.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors.

• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and within project requirements.

• Prepare working drawings and detailed drawings when required.

• Visit project sites when necessary to understand site conditions and support design execution.

• Maintain design standards, project timelines, and quality requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.

• Excellent 3D visualization and rendering skills.

• Ability to create detailed and realistic interior perspectives.

• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction details.

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into design concepts.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Software Skills

Proficiency in relevant design software such as:

• AutoCAD

• SketchUp / 3ds Max

• V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Enscape

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Revit or other BIM software is an advantage

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in interior design and 3D visualization preferred.

• Freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

• Creative and passionate about interior design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, hospitality, or similar interior projects.

• Good understanding of current interior design trends.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Willingness to learn new software and design techniques.
