Job వివరణ

We are looking for a 2D/3D Designer to join our team at SAPL to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PI) accurately and on time
Maintain and update records of invoices, quantities, and project data
Work on BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for estimation and tracking
Coordinate with internal teams for data verification and approvals
Handle data entry, MIS reporting, and documentation using MS Excel
Assist in reconciliation of quantities and invoices
Ensure proper record-keeping and organization of data

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like PI,BOQ, quantities, and project data, reconciliation of quantities and invoices, record-keeping and organization of data

AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
