Job వివరణ

We are looking for a highly disciplined 2D Draftsman and 3D Visualizer to join our production team. This is a technical role—you will be responsible for converting design concepts into accurate "Good For Construction" (GFC) drawings and high-quality 3D renders. You will not be expected to handle client meetings or conceptual design; your focus is purely on the technical execution and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

2D Drafting: Prepare detailed floor plans, electrical layouts, plumbing charts, and sections/elevations using AutoCAD.

3D Modeling: Create realistic 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renders using SketchUp + V-Ray/Lumion or 3ds Max.

Technical Detailing: Draft manufacturing-ready drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture.

Site Coordination: Revise drawings based on site measurements and "As-Built" conditions.
