2D/3D Architect

Design Development & Drawings

Prepare architectural drawings including concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed drawings
Develop design solutions as per project brief, standards, and timelines
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness in all architectural deliverables
Incorporate feedback and revisions as guided by seniors

Key Responsibilities

.Lead the entire architectural design process from concept development to execution.

Handle client meetings, design presentations, and requirement gathering.

● Supervise the preparation of working drawings, BOQs, construction documents.

Manage site coordination, structural integration, and MEP alignment.

● Guide junior architects, interns, and coordinate with consultants.

● Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and design codes.

● Oversee 3D massing, material detailing, and technical resolution.

Must-Haves:

● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop

● Deep knowledge of architectural materials and detailing

● Strong project management and site coordination skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication

● Proven ability to lead and collaborate with design teams

Add-Ons:
