We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer who can transform architectural and interior design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders for architectural and interior design projects.

• Develop realistic interior and exterior visualizations with accurate materials, textures, lighting, and proportions.

• Translate 2D drawings, CAD plans, sketches, and design concepts into detailed 3D models.

• Produce realistic walkthroughs, animations, and cinematic architectural presentations.

• Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements and design intent.

• Create multiple design options, material variations, and presentation views.

• Ensure accuracy in furniture placement, dimensions, materials, and architectural details.

• Incorporate design revisions and client feedback efficiently.

• Explore AI-based visualization tools and emerging rendering technologies.

• Maintain project quality and meet assigned deadlines.

Software Skills

Required:

• Autodesk 3ds Max / SketchUp

• Corona Renderer / V-Ray

• AutoCAD

• Adobe Photoshop

Preferred:

• Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape / Twinmotion

• Unreal Engine

• AI visualization and image enhancement tools

• Architectural animation and video editing software

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of architectural design, interior materials, lighting, composition, and color theory.

• Ability to produce realistic renders with excellent attention to detail.

• Good knowledge of modern, contemporary, and luxury interior design styles.

• Strong time management, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a design team.
